Civilian version, spotted two colours on the streets of Wrenwood: Black and White.
Same model also used as Wrenwood Police's patrol car.

License plate is 6425-AAX, shared across all the same car models.

Front end bears resemblance to a 1984 Dodge Diplomat. But could be a mishmash between other 80s cars.
I cannot identify the tail light design, might be from a Lincoln Towncar.

Also note, the car doesn't have window wipers.
