This is the original Crown Vic model the devs used to showcase in some of their old trailers, including a Pennsylvania state police skin which I cannot find as of yet. Features a Federal Signal Vision style lightbar and in NYPD decals. The car also have a honeycomb grille and doesn't have any bumper trims, suggesting this is based on a 2001+ P71 model. Much like the police department, a bit outdated to be used as an emergency vehicle for a game set in October 2026. Only appeared in ending cutscene, responding to Raccoon City after the ARK explosion and Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center as the nearest ambulance service available. Pretty sure it's based on the 1986 Chevy Caprice as featured in previous games, used by RPD as their patrol car. But the model has a slight design change. Mainly because of the noticeable gas cap on the side and the overall proportion. This is one of the more burnt out damage models of the RPD cars.
