Yes, MINI is available in most of the Europe and apart from UK and Ireland, we drive on right, so british LHD car doesn't mean it's US-spec, and it's easy to distinguish it by the side markers required in the US or their lack in Europe ... I think in Europe I only saw side markers on Volvos and Saabs, known for their safety standards.

Yes, but the one in the game has the Union Jack taillights, which didn't arrive in the US until the 2019 models went on sale here, 2018s have the older lights.

Which leads me to think it might either be 2018 LHD Euro-spec, or a 2019 US-Spec that's improperly listed as a 2018.
