I think MC12 Corse is in the same way as Vulcan or Ferrari XX.They arent road legal,and dont take part in real race like GT1 or GTE.It is for private use.So I don't know if that makes it a Couple only

They may only being used in branded events, like Porsche and Lambo do for their brands

It’s not impossible to convert to road legal though because it looks like one
