The vehicle is not necessarily 4dr panel van. But knowing the setting - probably isn't the case

Those cars were made all 4-door to fit in all the crew and also due to hardware limitations. So I guess Citroen C15 is still the best choice.

There's quite a few vans that this is similar too, but there's no real way to know for certain what it's based on. The vans which, in my opinion, bear the closest resemblance to this van are as follows:
