Star Wars Fanatic 2006-10-08 00:14 | A spinoff of The Getaway, this PSP exclusive game was developed by the same developers, but the game seemed to have turned out not quite as good according to ratings. It's similar to The Getaway in setting (London for a third time), but instead you control whole gangs and for some reason there is an apparent abscence of licesened cars or buildings I understand it is for the PSP, but I don't think it was necessary to wipe out one of my personal appeals of the series - even the windows aren't transparent. -- Last edit: 2006-10-08 00:16:44 |
crazyforcars12 2007-08-30 19:58 | i don't see why they couldn't use licensced cars as in the Getaway, the same people made it! |
CrazyCars 2007-11-25 10:44 | BTW the Mitsubishi Galant and the Mercedes 190 are the same car |
CrazyCars 2008-01-04 10:43 | In the Peugeot 406 picture, you can see two identical hatchbacks parked across the street that are not listed, they look like a Fiat maybe? |
lastinpurple 2008-01-04 12:03 | They look like 205s with Fiat Ritmo / Strada front |

Star Wars Fanatic 2009-04-26 20:26 | I always found it strange that the vehicles are unlicensed when it was developed by the team behind The Getaway. |
Red Grant 2009-05-24 02:47 | They probably thought it would be easier and cheaper to just make a bunch of look-alikes then make perfect copies |
felneymike 2009-06-30 20:01 | Due to the game engine all the cars have back doors and seats, so they couldn't make exact copies of cars that didn't. I actually prefer fake cars in games anyway, it's fun trying to work out what they are! |
victorvance 2012-12-25 02:22 | Yes it is! |
