It's obviously changeable because, Since the release of Forza Motorsport 3, you're allowed to change paint and vinyl of race cars like audi r18, mercedes dtm and so on.

Surprised that this and the 2018 Civic Type-R won't be in at launch. Especially this since it was leaked in the files as far back as FH3 I believe...
