I didn't fully understand what you said. But overall Im simply answering why its not playable. If they want to spend money on updating it to be playable might as well spend it on 2019 model.

Sure half assed quality in the name of variety of the same model...very lovely. Quality always over quantity. They could have easily had this game have over 1000 cars if they just ported FM4 carlist
