Caterham Super Seven Test Drive 5 (1998) | JFK a écrit When I was a small boy, and I saw my sister drive this thing, I thought it is some sort of vintage 30s car. Years later I found out what Caterham 7 is. hahaha same here! It was surprisingly quick too.
Caterham Super Seven Test Drive 6 (1999) | I remember this being surprisingly acceleration wise really quick.
Ford Mustang Test Drive 6 (1999) | Victor_2003 a écrit The model was reused from Test Drive 5, which is modelled to be the 1967-1968 models. Oh I'm not arguing that it isn't meant to represent that. Just the way the developers modeled it and its blocky design make it look fatter like the 69/70 models but with the grill not extending around the entire frontal area more so like the 69. Especially the rear end/lights area and the width in the front. The roofline I think is doing it too, it looks wider but it's blending in rather than showing the sharper edges of the 68. -- Last edit: 2026-01-14 07:31:45
Ford Mustang Spray Paint Simulator (2025) | 1967 Shelby GT500
Ford F-150 SVT Lightning Test Drive 6 (1999) | 4thGenSubaruForester a écrit Nope no other performance trucks in 1999. -- Last edit: 2026-01-09 11:24:39 (Silnev) They could've done the older ones like a Syclone though I guess. SS454, Gen 1 Lightning etc
Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Need for Speed: Rivals (2013) | 4thGenSubaruForester a écrit DRIVABLE*!! hahaha
Ford Thunderbird The Duel: Test Drive II (SNES) (1992) | Wish the Turbo Coupes were more represented in games along with the Super Coupes. Nice cars from the 80s. Would've been nice to be able to use it
Ford F-150 SVT Raptor Need for Speed: Rivals (2013) | Would've been cool to be able to unlock as a secret or something. Was drive-able in previous games and it's not a normal traffic boring car like a regular F-150. One of the coolest trucks ever built that started a phenomenon. Wish there was a way to drive it, modding if possible or game save manipulation for console players like me like in other series like Forza where you can do that.
Pontiac GTO Midnight Club II (2003) | 4thGenSubaruForester a écrit Fun Fact: It is the only car with a model year in-game. -- Last edit: 2026-01-06 10:27:14 I think they were really trying to hit the classic muscle car fact home.
Ford F-150 SVT Lightning Test Drive 6 (1999) | 4thGenSubaruForester a écrit I even remember this being the only truck in the game! Yup! not many other suitable candidates performance wise other than the premier muscle truck at the time
Ford Mustang Test Drive 6 (1999) | Looks almost like a 69 Mustang.. either way it's awesome it's the Cobra Jet model. Cobra Jets significantly underrepresented for one of the most fascinating muscle engines of all time.
Ford F-150 SVT Lightning Test Drive 6 (1999) | One of the coolest trucks ever, criminally underrated and unrepresented in video games. A truck with a blower from factory. I always dreamed of this if I was to own a truck, how surreal all these years later it can be to drive your childhood in the flesh... or should I say metal. I remember the Guinness Book of World Records having this as the fastest production truck and being from a Ford truck family this was talked about, spotting a couple on the way to school ever and spotting them with my dad, then coming home and playing this and showing my dad I could drive one here and winning was glorious. Truly a surreal moment and blessed to own one all these years later I saved helped to be kick-started by this simple example in this simple game here igniting a passion within my imagination.
Pontiac Firebird Burning Rubber (1993) | This is actually another cool car, not a normal Firebird. The menu suggests it is powered by a TURBO V6. Meaning this is the 89 Anniversary Trans Am! The one with the GNX Turbo. The stats are off on the 0-60 though and top speed.
Ford Mustang Burning Rubber (1993) | Specs and front bumper/grill/skirts in menu selection all suggest while it is a Mustang it is also a Cobra. It's a Mustang Cobra with around 300TQ and more than 200HP.
GMC Syclone Burning Rubber (1993) | Awesome to see this in game back in the day. Fun to drive.
Chevrolet Corvette Burning Rubber (1993) | ShantJ a écrit What's a Corvette L-1? ZR-1, perhaps? Stats are of a base model, guess they meant LT1 - as in the engine of a regular C4 Vette. Wish it was a ZR-1. 16 year reply lol -- Last edit: 2026-01-06 13:55:27
Aston Martin Vanquish Midnight Club II (2003) | Vanquish is one of Astons masterpieces. Was cool seeing this in game as a kid, shocked me to see their new GT/supercar and expected it to be much better than they did for it in this game.
Yamaha Banshee 350 ATV Offroad Fury 2 (2002) | I remember riding around beating as much of the game as I could with this as a kid - Well that was after I would play split screen free roam and lose to my best friend on this despite the less CCs, not understanding a thing about two strokes and why it sounded so different and aggressive. It blew my mind and was by far the most unique Four-Wheeler/Quad/ATV. We need more games with Banshees... even fake ones. We need a Quadzilla too (Suzuki LT500, fastest quad and Banshee main rival). We need games with more classic rides, especially in ATV/MX games.
Ford Puma Midnight Club II (2003) | Judging by the wheels and performance focused appearance this is most likely based off of the Ford Racing Puma special version.
Renault Clio V6 Midnight Club II (2003) | Coolest hot hatch ever IMO. Mid-engine, (Big for the car) V6 (with tons of power compared to other hatches and hot hatches even), RWD, layout and engineering marvel in a hatch package at the time. Borderline homologation special type limited edition car. Unfortunately not available to me in the good ole USA but thanks Gran Turismo you taught me something great among other cars I wouldn't have known of...
Pontiac GTO Midnight Club II (2003) | I remember beating as much as I could of the game as a kid with this as a Muscle Car aficionado. That was a challenge, but fun and rewarding. Trying not get caught from behind with its limited gearing. Plus the wheelies were epic. Racing my buddies on split screen as long as I could get the acceleration to get me far enough ahead on shorter drags and them trying to catch up. Trying not to crash every turn while trying to actually turn lol
Pagani Zonda Midnight Club II (2003) | Honestly... I'm seeing Mitsuoka Orochi more than anything and it's not close. The way the side curves and the way the lines melt into the windshield. The curves at the rear and the way it drops off, the front proportions and headlight design. It looks more like one that the SpyHunter car and that was listed as an Orochi. Despite that being a niche car it would make sense for the enthusiasts at Rockstar making the game and to appear in Tokyo endgame. It at least looks fast IRL with decent performance and at this point I believe it was just a concept that looked like a supercar so nobody knew the performance.
Dodge Super Bee Midnight Club II (2003) | It's a green Bestia without the bugcatcher on the supercharger. The shadows make it look otherwise on the face of it, especially the grille portion, but if you look close you can see the stacked headlights.
GMC Jimmy Baja: Edge of Control (2008) | Judging by the body kit, it's a GMC Typhoon rather than a standard Jimmy. 93 by the looks of the lack of door escutcheons. Shame we can't drive it -- Last edit: 2025-11-21 13:04:42
Ford F-150 Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands (2017) | Very similar model to this - www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=145987 in Far Cry 5. Reused assets? With even more pronounced Raptor features here such as the widened wheel arches giving it that coke bottle Raptor shape. The vent on the hood which is similar to the SVT vent on the real thing. The 6.2L engine and badging in the same place as the Raptor. The HID headlights similar to 2013-2014 Raptor headlights as well as the shape outside of the markers. The grill with the big open space and letters across like FORD on the real thing, but ZEUS here. Same with the tailgate. The skid plate and front bumper imitate the Raptor with similar structure and even coloration. The mirrors with the orange stripe flipped upwards in comparison to the Raptor having them horizontal. The rear window structure is very Raptor. I believe it's somewhat mixed with the Nissan Titan Warrior concept, hence the ZEUS name, with the rear lights and more rounded edges at some points as well like the cab or the overall shape of the wheel arches and the way it blends into the bed. It's 65/35 Raptor/Titan Warrior Concept I believe all these models in this game and Breakpoint should be correctly changed to the F-150 Raptor. -- Last edit: 2023-01-30 14:19:47
Ford Mustang Boss 302 Just Cause 4 (2018) | Shelby de Mexico
MINI Clubman Vision Gran Turismo Gran Turismo 6 (2013) | I like this one actually
AMC Marlin FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage (2008) | it's clearly a chevelle
Dodge Charger FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage (2008) | routemaster45 a écrit the rear of the car is qiute similar to a shelby gt500 very
AC Cobra Test Drive Unlimited 2 (2011) | Atari got it wrong as well in game. Yes this is a Shelby. it's not a hard concept - if it's right hand it's AC but this is Shelby
Chevrolet Camaro The Sims 3 (2009) | www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=9208 same as this but with a few touches
Chrysler Valiant Charger Burnout Revenge (2005) | I think this reminds me more of the Chrysler Valiant Charger rather than a Challenger..>? I don't see it.. |
