| Couldn't tell exactly what year, but at least 2006+ judging by the wheel rims. Street Appearance Package with the slatted chrome grille, door trim and painted trunk panel. Also to note that the trunk lid and panel are all a single piece. The trunk chrome strip has also been painted over. No visible chrome bumper strips unlike the white painted Crown Vic. But both cars do share the same model. Appeared in the FBI HQ parking lot and on the streets as civilian cars.
