Looks generic, but my best guesses are:

Nash Metropolitan convertible
Honda S800
Trabant 601 convertible
Skoda Felicia convertible
VW Type 3 convertible
and Triumph Herald 1200 convertible.

Out of them all, in my opinion, Triumph is the best match.
