Been playing this game a lot recently, and this car is starting to look like a Roewe 350 to me. The C pillar, bonnet, and fender are dead giveaway. The front may not look like it but the two car’s front fascia has the same overall shape, just different shaped headlights and grills.

This looks like a Redesign of the original Police Sedans from WD2 which was a based off of a Ford Fusion or Taurus so that's my closest guess
