It'd make sense for a UK setting, the Solace sedan has an all-white rusted beater variant and modern MGs are notorious for their shitty build quality and rust issues

it looks nothing like a K-Byte. I'd say its overall closest USDM 2020 Toyota Corolla XSE with a honda-ish front. and since thats also a bit shaky, it could be made for game. but its definitely not a K-Byte

It doesn't matter if its not sold in the UK because its a fictional car probably made 10-ish years in the future.

No, I don't think its a chevy volt nor a dodge dart, as these brands aren't sold in the UK and do not offer right hand drive.
It could be an Opel/Vauxhall ampera. However I think it looks more like a Toyota Mirai
here are two pics of the toyota mirai (back and front).

I think the back looks very similar to Toyota Mirai in my own opinion, the front is slightly different

Looks like it's a Chevrolet Volt, it looks a lot like Cheval Surge from GTA V, it's weird looking so it may be that Opel Ampera.
