It's CGI cutscenes, no way it's in-game.
Also the physics are wonky/lazy at best.
Probably some pretentious crapware.

In my opinion this game actually looks impressive in the trailer, I don't know what will happened next, but I hope the developers will not rush and take their time to make this game.
