Anyone? It's pretty obvious from Mieguy's comment that the "0" stands for V10, "94" for 1994 and "H" for Hill, so this should be an FW16.

Norman Bates is right, this should be a 244, not 240 [244]. The 240 series weren't badged as '240' before 1983, and this is a 1974-1978 model European version (single round headlamps).

Yes, according to Wikipedia the V stands for 'versatility'. It's a completely different model from the "normal" Prius, similarly to the "Verso" and "Verso-S" models sold in Europe.
