I know that and that scene is set in Shinjuku, which is in Tokyo. But i was talking about the concept car. Anyway, i think Toyota Aqua is correct.

Aqua is sold as Prius C in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

It's just a JDM Toyota Aqua. The resemblance of the rear lights might just be coincidental.
