With the round blue Fiat logo, this is a 2001-2004.

I like the Multipla because of its different look, though I have nothing against the Voyager - it's one of the cars I grew up with because one of my neighbors had one. Similiar with the Ford Scorpio - I like all generations including the 1995-97 and the 1998, simply because of the futuristic and unusual design.

sorry but your crash test are very poor. Euro NCAP are better for that. When you see the difference beetween 2007 Chrysler voyager. For IIHS= Average, for euro ncap = very poor, you can see the interest of the american made for the security. Here all the european cars are the best scores at euro ncap crash test. When you see that the best US car is the Dodge Caliber with 4 stars/5 (and the others US cars with 2 stars) and a little Fiat 500 with 5 stars...There are nothing else to say...

Wow you crash them at high speed's, the typical speed limit here is 50km/h, only on certain roads are you allowed 60km/h. But the IIHS gives the 1999 model a Marginal: www.iihs.org/ratings/rating.aspx?id=59 and the 2007 model an Average: www.iihs.org/ratings/rating.aspx?id=8
However the new 2008-2010 models score a good: www.iihs.org/ratings/rating.aspx?id=930

I personally hate the Voyager myself. It is very weak in a crash too. In Europe in 1999 the Euro NCAP tested the Voyager and in the frontal impact @ 64 Km/h, It did so badly that it scored 0 points. www.euroncap.com/tests/chrysler_voyager_1999/56.aspx and www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0mDO6I6Yd4 . A newer version was tested in 2007 and that didn't do much better. It scored 3.2 points in a frontal accident @ 64 km/h. www.euroncap.com/tests/chrysler_voyager_2007/277.aspx and www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPaBI1n23ZI .
I personally like the multipla. It is the same size as my Mothers Ford Focus C-Max but it has 6 Seats. Its different.

Yes well, mine was a bit of a joke simpily because alot of European's don't like the Grand Voyager simply because its just a rebadged American vehicle. I do like that Citroen, its cool and contemporary.

But i need to tell, i love italian cars, including brand new Fiat´s like the 500 or the Bravo, they´re beautiful, but also reliable, not as 80´s and 90´s Fiats, so badly in this aspect.

Oh, yes, italian cars aren't very good. But I prefer styling over reliablity

lastin, i was refering the Multipla as an awful car...in mechanics.

My father had one for 5 months and was a piece of...bad car.

The stetic, well, i like different dessigns (Honda Civic, for example) but the Multipla is "Strange sharpes and lines because we´re bored here in design center" and the result is ugly, i´m sorry, but it´s my oppinion.

Anyway, the best MPV, and I'm not joking, is the Citroën Mehari

No it doesn't. Why everybody rejects something without even know it? I also thinked that the Multipla was hideous, until I was invited to the official presentation at Logroño's (my town) Fiat dealership. There I had time to admire it and say: I was wrong, this is a beautiful vehicle, it's so provided, great styled; How many hours the designers were thinking how to make things different?, Why can't we improve the MPV concept, making it a piece of art? Why the concept of beauty is just a Ferrari or Aston Martin? There are some everyday cars better designed than a 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage, like the Peugeot 407, or the Rover 75, or the Citroen C6, or the Fiat Multipla...
If you want to stay with the dullness of MPVs, buy an Opel Zafira, if you dare with something different, buy a Multipla, a brilliant car inside and outside.

That's what the Multipla represents to me.
