It does look a lot closer to the Sherpa, maybe with a couple hints of the Oshkosh L-ATV located at the top of that list in your link (mainly in the headlights and windows).

Only the front end is from Tigr. The rest looks nothing like GAZ, more like a BRV-O and Humvee mix. And it should be called GAZ 233014 Tigr because it's military version of Tigr.

It's Made or Game. But yes, some parts resemble GaZ Tigr.
