That's understandable.

Also, on top of the shape of the intakes, the IS-F has circular fog lamps, where the standard IS has fog lamps that fill in part of the shape of the intake area.

It is. The IS-F has much bigger openings where the fog lamps are located, this is just a plain IS [GSE20].
