Yes, the Scamp was introduced to placate Plymouth dealers who were unhappy that Dodge got the Demon.

In the first glance I wanted to list it as Valiant Scamp. But since it was introduced in 1971, and this car have P(lymouth)-19-70 licence plate, it couldnt be. Then I remembered that Duster had same front as Valiant Scamp.
