In F1 2015 Mercedes-Benz is considered from the main name.There are two entries to this car on this website and each one is named a bit different .

Ah thank I'm interested to see the difference between the engines then. Shouldn't the Dallara DW12 origin be Italian like the formula E cars ?

It's a lotus and a merc I'm confused isn't lotus with Renault or Renault is now with Nissan like the lemans series. I dunno that much about modern F1 can someone explain. Hamilton is with merc as a separate team or this is it ?
