Its "IRAN NATIONAL co." Peykan but after that '79 revolution, Peykan was rebranded but by a new company called "Iran Khodro Co." (Currently IKCO)...They're originally Hillman Hunter by Rootes group but rebadged as peykan and introduced to Iranians market in before revolution.
Peykan means "Arrow" in persian language.
