It can be a Crown Victoria, regardless of it being a 2-door. It's a similar case to the '81 Monte Carlo in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

It is 2dr CV. But there was no such model, so I would agree on late 1980s Mustang.

Pretty sure it's just the Ford Crown Victoria with two less doors.
