I suspect they did a lot of Audis from 2013 at once, most of them appeared on FM5, like the RS7 or the facelifted S4. Since the S3 Sedan is actually a 2014/2015, I'm not sure what year this should be given.

The game lists it as 2015 although it's not the facelifted model
