I think it looks more like the Cadillac Elmiraj than the ATS Coupe. It's also much bigger than the ATS, which is a compact.

"Albany" largely represents the Cadillac brand in GTA V, and considering that a coupe of the ATS was recently released, this unlicensed tie-in could possibly represent that it was meant to be based off of the new ATS coupe. Ofcourse, it's possible there may be another car more accurate, but for now, I believe it's safe to list it as so.
