Hot take but I think this might actually be closer to the Reliant Fox, as it literally was just a pickup version of their usual platform they used for both 3 and 4 wheelers, yes it has four wheels but overall it's the closest thing to the Pigeon you can find, especially in the four wheel guise.

HAHAHA, just goes to show Reliant Robins aren't that stable, even The Stig and Ken Block both tried to take the Reliant Robin round the Top Gear UK test track but it fell side ways at the first corner.

It's not a Daihatsu Midget. The Midget has a sloped front.

As it's named Pigeon, it's probably a Reliant Robin, which indeed looks a lot like it.

It does, because it's blocky three wheeler being inspired by Midget or Ape yet being none of them at the same time.
