It did! The rear lights confirm that it is a Audi 100 (I still like to see more Audi 80´s in other games as I own a B3).

Judging by the shape of the rear wheel arches it is more likely a 1981-1988 Audi 100 (C3)(or Audi 5000 as it was named for some period of time on the US-market):
