It's like the American Honda Accord in Gran Turismo 4, only there they clearly state it's imported.

Calm down, buddy, I know this was never been sold in Japan (apart to the Renault Lutecia) unless if someone who lives in Japan who wanted to import a Clio Williams, there are some RHD Clio Williams in UK.
