The closest resemblance are the Type 90 and Leopard 2A0 to 2A4. Blue Byte is a german developer so my best guess is one of the early Leopard 2s. It fits the time frame when this game was developed. The Type 90 just happens looks very similar to the early Leopard 2 because Japan took great inspiration from our tanks.
