things like this can be accepted because you can clearly see that it was a car, and it's just modified. The one you posted doesnt resemble any car and doesn't look that it was a car and later modified to that flying thing

You can easily see that is hovering above the ground. It has no wheels.

I think this is because of the graphical style! I saw it driving in the game, and it didn´t look like it was flying! So I think this is a truck that deserves to be here!
