Since there are places called Prokofiev Plaza and Campo Vostok, we may assume it's some fictional country partially based on USSR, but with some fictional language using just signs from Cyrillic, but without sense.

I just downloaded this game, What area does this game take place in? This don't look like the Russian word for ambulance..Unless they just used random Russian letters and made their own words on police and ambulance vehicles in this game.
