Just because it's color is baby blue and it's small doesn't mean it's a Pao. This doesn't look like a Pao at all.

The Nissan Pao has round and vertical taillights, as for the front, there are supposed to be round headlights and a big grille with chrome/silver bumpers.

There's nothing Pao-esque enough to make me believe this is a Nissan Pao.
