DEFINITELY a Bentley, with a different frontclip.

The rear (sorry if it's a bit too dark)

Yes, Arnage was the sedan, Brooklands was the coupe, and Azure was the convertible.

Isn't Arnage produced only as a 4 door sedan?

It needs more views. And higher resolution. But clearly not a Studebaker.

I have no idea who decided its a Studebaker, maybe it would be a good idea to actually check how the car is looking like in the game?! Its a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead with some generic large grill and headlights slapped onto the front to make it look like something random.

Also the grill looks much more Chrysler 300 LX like than anything Studebaker...

In the demo it looked like a rolls royce.

I think the rear kinda resembled that of a RR Phantom Drophead if I remember right.

I would set it as Made For Game, front comes from a modern car but rest of the body seems to be from a 70's car

Not sure of the car as a whole, but those are 2006-10 Dodge Charger headlights (at least the shape of them) and a 2005-10 Chrysler 300 grille.
