Hmmn..The front (if you take off those wide fender lights) looks just like a 1990 Ford LTD..Back though looks Fairmont.

There was a Lincoln Versailles and a "baby" Ford LTD that were both mid-sized cars in the late 70's-mid 80's and had the same body style. This car is what that is based on.

Front clip is cribbed from an '80s Lincoln Town Car, but the rest of the car more closey resembles a Ford Fairmont. I have no idea where "Dodge Monaco" came from.

To me this is an old ford, look at the front of it. Maybe a 1988 Ford LTD Crown Victoria?
