Jack Hammer, another excellent creation by HW legend designer Larry Wood. This specific livery was part of the AcceleRacers Realm Series in 2006, after debuting a year before as part of the AcceleRacers Metal Maniacs set.

Honestly, I always thought this looked a bit like a '57 Chevrolet Nomad (although HW has (or at least had) a licensed '57 Nomad in their lineup).

The Hotwheels Wiki list it as a 1958 Oldsmobile Station Wagon though, but I'm not quite sure....
