A community mod was made in 2008, dubbed MM2 Revisited. The latest version, from 2012, fixes the rear window bug.

The 1999-2004 Ford Mustang (SN95) GT came standard with a spoiler. However, the Mustang GT in-game does not have a spoiler, which was possibly due to the fact the game was rushed and re-used cars from Midtown Madness (1999).
