Why judge the car by it's suren lights and bull bars? It obviously has nothing to do with Carbon Motors E7, my best bet is Dodge Charger (similar police set-up is used on them).

You obviously never heard of the Decepticon Crowbar have you? His alt mode in the toyline & games is a Carbon Motors E7, like in the image.
