I found one regular 5 series with that button. But what makes this unique is, the aluminium trim finish, which is only found on the new M5.

You were right. To be honest, i thought the same, but Badned put a 550i, i think, because the car wasn´t been unvelided yet, but yes, we´re getting the brand-new M5!! :D
