It is a UK plate, it notes that it was bought in Birmingham (BV) in the first half of 2007 (07) and YJD is just a bumble of letters.

BV 07 YJD this number look very romanish.. BV stands for "Brasov" in Romania we use license plates just in this format LL NN LLL

Agree with gtrfan look like Mercedes Sprinter. In one mission as SAS you chasing Russian terrorists in London Tube with this car. Chase end as terrorist metro car turn and crash one of this car and crash in Westminster station.
