It's actually a 2008+ Blue Bird Vision

The hood is a perfect match, the body isn't perfect but you can see definite signs of this being inspired by the Blue Bird body such as the air intake for the heater below to the right of the windshield, the location of the rubrails and the shape and mounting of the driver's side mirror.
