Definitely a Hyundai Kona made generic. A lot of the unpainted plastic was coloured but you can still see the seams that match up, along with the overall shape and design.

Honestly not even sure it's a SUV. Could be a high clearance or just poorly modeled SW.
Design language overall gives me late 2010s Ford vibes.

SUVs I found that could match are:
- Ford Escape Mk3 or Mk4 (aka Kuga Mk2 and Mk3)
- Ford Edge Mk2 phase 2 (facelift in 2019)
- Hyundai Kona from 2017, before facelift.
- Hyundai Tucson Mk3, can't tell whether phase 1 or 2 would match better.

Aside from SUVs, I think a Ford Focus SW either Mk3 phase 2 (2014) or Mk4 (2018) could fit as well.

2017 Ford Edge? I don't know how big this SUV is. Either that or Hyundai Kona.
