Old comments, sure, but if you're PC master race you can use a hacked savegame to unlock all the promo/limited edition cars.

The worse part is....THE CAR IS ON THE DISC!!

I´m tired of this, i don´t want to pay for what i already have! And then, they don´t allow me to use a car i also have on my disc...

As a wise man said, DLC stands nowadays for "Disc Locked Content"

that sux, and same goes for the other promo vehicles. If the makers made the effort to create these vehicles for the game, they should be available for everyone.
We can only hope for a bit more DLC
