Well, since they also only added one exhaust to the Mustang GT, it´s clear they didn´t payed attention to minimun details...

It have this interface, and it sounds like V8, but it clearly have 5+R gearstick on the center console and the inside view you can see the character changing gears manually, odd.

Does the gear position and trip meter display changes? Not like those in tdu1 where it freezes..

Are you sure? When you watch interior, it clearly have a manual gear stick instead of automatic box T-lever.
