This is likely meant to be a stand-in for a T-72 or M-84, since it weighs 41t (about the same as those tanks) and looks somewhat similar. It also has external fuel tanks (a common addition to Soviet tanks) and a tow bar (another fairly common item on these tanks). I admit it's a bit scuffed, but I can't really argue with what's in-game (at least, most of the time - the new cars and imported new cars weigh far more than they reasonably should).
