This car is a Jaju, a car made in North Korea by Sungri Motor Plant. It's a clone of Toyota Carina, but incomparably worse.

Other car, the Paekdusan, is a worst clone of a Mercedes Benz W124 ever made.

It looks like one of those Volvo's from the late 70's to early 80's. I don't know the exact model, but that's what I thought it was.

Sungri makes a model called the Jaju, I cant find a picture to verify it, but surely since it says it is locally produced it must be it. Sungri makes copies of other cars.
