The grille is definitely Econoline, but the roof has suffered the exact opposite of a chop top.

Looks like a Leyland Sherpa with a grille from a 1979-91 Ford Econoline. About the thing on the roof, I think it's a: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_cockroach
