To be more precise, it's the Citroën 2CV "Sahara". This version had 2 engines (front & rear), each one for its drivetrain. So it's a 4x4, but without a driveshaft in the middle.

It's weird because plates are taken from a 1973 Citroen SM Michelin Proto (drivetribe.com/p/citroen-sm-michelin-proto-300-hp-IdyernMUQMmBsfieeL6xjw?iid=QSOLtZZmTxSdQVduN7pPFQ).
