Appears to be a successor to the Senpai from the original game, which was listed as a '68 AMC Javelin www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=220017

However, in that game its really only the front end that looked like the AMC, but here its been changed to something else.

The details seem to be pointing towards a Japanese car, particularly with that Civic-like front end. The name implies it could be a Nissan Skyline (maybe a '72), but I'm really not sure about that.
