Quite interesting design I would say.. So this is a Freightliner FL-Series rollback truck with a custom cab made for armoured truck..



Or this was once an armoured truck model which they chopped off the rear body and then turned it into a flatbed bed truck..
I think they used this model from cgtrader here.
