I believe the majority of this car is meant to be the Cadillac Cyclone concept car:



The front stacked headlights and curved hood seem to come from the 1957 Lincoln Premiere. Mixed with a bit of Cadillac in the front but otherwise I would say the main basis for this is the Cyclone.
